【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofcyanateester,brominatedepoxidemodifiedorunmodifiedwovenE-glasslaminatesheetsofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest),copper-clad,inthicknessesof0,05mmto3,2mm.Theflammabilityratingisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantscontainedasanintegralpartoftheepoxidepolymericstructure.Theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe160℃minimum.Somepropertyrequirementsmayhaveseveralclassesofperformance.Theclassdesiredneedstobespecifiedonthepurchaseorderotherwisethedefaultclassofmaterialmaybesupplied.
