【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethatcard-operateddevicesareaccessibleandusablebystandardisingsignificantcomponentsoftheuserinterface.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesprinciplesandguidelinessothatpeoplewiththewidestrangeofcapabilitiescanusecard-basedservicesinanysector.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,purchaseofgoodsandservices,leisure,distribution,identification,banking,telecommunications,masstransport,parking,accesscontrol.Italsoprovidesrecommendationsfortheoperationalprocedurestobefollowedwhenusersinteractwithacard-operateddevice:?inordertoenterasystem;?whilstusingasystem;?leavingasystem.Inparticular,thisEuropeanStandardwill:?aidtheuser'sinteractionwiththesystemthroughaconsistentuserinterfacewhenentering,usingandleavingcard-operateddevices;?promoteuserconfidenceincard-basedsystemsingeneral;?promoteefficientuse,securityandprivacyofcard-basedsystems;?reducetheoccurrenceandconsequencesoferrorwhentheuserenters,usesorleavesthesystem;?enablepeoplewithdifferentlevelsofabilityandcomprehension(e.g.minors,elderly,visuallyimpaired,foreignlanguage,motorimpaired,hearing,etc)anddifferentlevelsofexperience(e.g.first-timeusers)tousecard-basedsystems;?improvethelearnabilityofnewcard-basedsystemsthroughconsistency.
