【摘要】:Colormeasurementquantifiesthecoatingcolorforglassandisoftenrelatedtocoatingthicknessandcompositionaswellastintingusedinthesubstrateglass.Theuserofthisdocumentdefinesanacceptablerangeofcolorappropriatefortheenduse.Typicalqualityconcernsforthereflectedcolormeasurementofcoatedglassproductsareanindicationofconsistencyinthecoatingprocessandverificationoflot-to-lotcolorconsistencyforend-useracceptance.Ifthereflectedcolorofaglassproductisconsistentfromlot-to-lotandwithinagreedsupplier-buyeracceptancecriteria,thatproductcolorisexpectedtobeconsistentandacceptableforend-use.1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidelinesfortheinstrumentalreflectancemeasurementofthecolorofflat,coatedanduncoatedglass.SeeTerminologyE284.1.2Thepracticespecificallyexcludesfluorescentandiridescentsamples.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
