【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtoproviderecommendationsandsuggestedgoodpracticestodetermineprecisedimensionswhennecessaryforthecalculationofpropertiesexpressedinphysicalunits.Itisnotintendedtoreplacepracticalthicknessmeasurementsbasedoncommercialportabletools,norisitimpliedthatthicknessmeasurementsmadebytheprocedureswillagreeexactly.1.1Thisguidecoversthedeterminationofthethicknessofplasticfilmswherethethicknessisuseddirectlyindeterminingtheresultsoftestsforvariousproperties.Usethispracticeexceptasotherwiserequiredinmaterialspecificationsorinapplicableteststandards.Note1Filmsaredefinedashavingthicknesses0.250mm[0.010in.].Note2Alternativemethodsareacceptableiftheymeettherequirementsofmeasurementprecisionasnotedinthisguide.Note3Thisguideisnotintendedtoaddressthesamplingtechniquesorthemeasurementoffilmthicknessforthecommercialclassificationofcommercialproductsorforqualitycontrolpurposes.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.Note4ISO4593issimilarbutdiffersintechnicalcontentandscope.
