【摘要】:1.1Thisclassificationsystemcoverspolychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE)plasticsthatconsistofatleast90%chlorotrifluoroethyleneandaresuitableforextrusionandforcompressionandinjectionmolding.Theremaining10%mayincludechemicalmodifications,suchasco-monomers,butnotcolorants,fillers,plasticizers,ormechanicalblendswithotherresins.ThisclassificationsystemdoesnotcoverrecycledPCTFEmaterials.1.2ThephysicalandelectricalpropertiesofpartsmoldedorextrudedfromPCTFEmoldingcompoundsvarywiththecrystallinecontentobtainedduringprocessingandsubsequentannealing.Accordingly,thenumericalvalueslistedinTable1applyonlytothetestspecimensmoldedinaccordancewithSection8.Thesevaluesmaynotbeapplicableasdesigncriteriatopartspreparedandannealedunderotherconditions.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsasdetailedinIEEE/ASTMSI10aretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section10,ofthisclassificationsystem:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;AlthoughthisclassificationsystemandISO12086-1(1995)andISO12086-2(1995)differinapproachordetail,dataobtainedusingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.
