【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsofcalculatingthebasicstaticloadratingandthestaticequivalentloadforrollingbearingswithinthesizerangesshownintherelevantISOstandards,manufacturedfromcontemporary,commonlyused,highquality,hardenedbearingsteelinaccordancewithgoodmanufacturingpracticeandbasicallyofconventionaldesignasregardstheshapeoftherollingcontactsurfaces.CalculationscarriedoutinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandarddonotyieldsatisfactoryresultsforbearingsinwhich,becauseofapplicationconditionsand/orinternaldesign,thereisaconsiderabletruncationoftheareaofcontactbetweentherollingelementsandtheringraceways.Thesamelimitationapplieswhereapplicationconditionscausedeviationsfromanormalloaddistributioninthebearing,forexamplemisalignment,preloadorextralargeclearanceorwherespecialsurfacetreatmentorcoatingsareused.Wherethereisreasontoassumethatsuchconditionsprevail,theusershouldconsultthebearingmanufacturerforrecommendationsandtheevaluationofthestaticequivalentload.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletodesignswheretherollingelementsoperatedirectlyonashaftorhousingsurface,unlessthatsurfaceisequivalentinallrespectstothebearingsurfaceitreplaces.Double-rowradialbearingsanddouble-directionthrustbearingsare,whenreferredtointhisInternationalStandard,presumedtobesymmetrical.Inaddition,guidelinesaregivenforstaticsafetyfactorstobeappliedinheavyloadedapplications.
