【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofcontainer/palletdolliesandlooseloadtrailerswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliestocontainer/palletdolliesusingball-mat,invertedcargocastors,orrollersandlooseloadtrailersintendedtobeusedforthetransportationofbaggageandcargoonairports(ExamplesseeAnnexA).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytotrailersofsimilardesignasusedonpublicroads,e.g.trucktypetrailers.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletocontainer/palletdolliesandlooseloadtrailerswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisdocument.NOTECertainmeasurementshavebeengiveninimperialunits(inparentheses),followingthemetricmeasurements,sincethecontainers/palletstobehandledarebasedmainlyontheimperialsystem.
