【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61334isapplicabletoMVphase-to-earthcapacitiveandscreen-to-earthintrusiveinductivecouplingdevicesformediumvoltage(MV)distributionlinecarrier(DLC)systems.Non-intrusiveinductivecouplingdevicesarenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thecouplingdeviceensuresa)theefficienttransmission/receptionofcarrier-frequencysignalsbetweentheDLCtransceiverandthepowerline;b)thesafetyofpersonnelandtheprotectionofthelow-voltagepartsoftheinstallationagainsttheeffectsofthepower-frequencyvoltageandtransientovervoltages.TheobjectofthispartofIEC61334istoestablishdefinitions,requirements,methodsoftestingandratedvaluesforphase-to-earthcapacitiveandscreen-to-earthintrusiveinductivecouplingdevicestobeusedinMV-DLCsystems.
