【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesaneutrallanguageforcommunicationbetweeninformationsystemsandDimensionalMeasurementEquipment(DME)calledtheDimensionalMeasuringInterfaceStandard(DMIS).DMISisanexecutionlanguageformeasurementpartprogramsandprovidesanexchangeformatformetrologydatasuchasfeatures,tolerances,andmeasurementresults.DMISconveystheproductandequipmentdefinitionsalongwiththeprocessandreportinginformationnecessarytoperformdimensionalmeasurementsthatemploycoordinatemetrology.DMIScontainsproductdefinitionsfornominalfeatures,featureconstructions,dimensionalandgeometrictolerances,functionaldatums,andpartcoordinatesystems.Italsocommunicatesequipmentdefinitionsforvariousmeasurementsensors,measurementresources,andmachineparameters.DMISinstructstheDME'smotionsandmeasurementsforproductacceptanceorverificationandformanufacturingprocessvalidationandcontrol.Furthermore,DMISguidestheanalysisofcoordinatedatatoreportandtagmeasurementresultsthatascertainproduct/processquality.Finally,toaidinitsimplementation,applicationfunctionalsubsetsofDMIShavebeendefinedthatensuresuccessfulinteroperabilityandtovalidateDMISconformance.Also,DMISaddressestheassociativityofDMISproductdefinitionswithCADinformation.Whileprimarilydesignedforcommunicationbetweenautomatedequipment,DMISisdesignedtobebothhumanreadableandhuman-writable,allowinginspectionprogramstobewrittenandinspectionresultstobeanalyzedwithouttheuseofcomputeraids.WiththeenhancementoftheHighLevelLanguageextensions,DMIScanfunctionandbeimplementedasacompleteDMElanguage.DMISprovidesthevocabularytopassinspectionprogramstodimensionalmeasuringequipmentandtopassmeasurementandprocessdatabacktoananalysis,collection,and/orarchivingsystem.Apieceofequipmentwhichinterfacestoothers,usingtheDMISvocabulary,maydosodirectlyoritmayhaveapre-processortoconvertitsownnativedataformatsintotheDMISformatand/orapostprocessortoconverttheDMISformatintoitsowndatastructure.AnenvironmentmakinguseoftheDMISinputandoutputformatsasadataexchangestandardisdepictedin(Figure1—DMISenvironment).Asillustrated,aninspectionprogramcanbecreatedbymanydifferentapproaches.InspectionprogramcreationcanbeassistedbyCADsystems,non-graphicalsystems,automatedsystems,orconstructedmanually.Aprogrammingsystemmayrequireapre-processorwhichconvertstheprogramintoDMISformat.ADMISinspectionprogramcanthenbeexecutedondissimilardimensionalmeasuringequipments.In(Figure1—DMISenvironment),DMEIhasaDMISpre-processorandpost-processorwhichconvertstheDMISdataintoitsownuniquedataformat.DMEIVisutilizingDMISasitsnativeformatandthereforenopre-processorsorpost-processorsarerequired.Also,ahostcomputerisbeingusedtocontrolDMEIIandDMEIII.Thehosthasapost-processorwhichdecodestheDMISprogramanddrivesthetwoDMEs,eitherthroughDMISformats,orthroughsomeuser-defineddataexchangeformat.ResultantdatamaybepassedbackinDMISformatthroughvariousscenarios.Forexample,thisdatacouldbepasseddirectlyasDMISorviaapost-processor.Resultantdataistypicallypassedtoananalysissystemand/orastoragesystemsuchasaQualityInformationSystem(QIS).ThemanualinterfaceindicatesthatDMISprogramscanbehandwritten,andresultsanalyzed,withouttheuseofcomputeraids.Inaddition,manyotherusesoftheDMISdataexchangeformatcouldbeapplied.
