【摘要】:ThispartofISO75specifiesthreemethods,usingdifferentvaluesofconstantflexuralstress,thatcanbeusedforthedeterminationofthetemperatureofdeflectionunderloadofplastics(includingfilledplasticsandfibrereinforcedplasticsinwhichthefibrelength,priortoprocessing,isupto7,5mm)andebonite:????methodA,usingaflexuralstressof1,80MPa;????methodB,usingaflexuralstressof0,45MPa;????methodC,usingaflexuralstressof8,00MPa.Thestandarddeflection??susedtodeterminethetemperatureofdeflectionunderloadcorrespondstoaflexuralstrainincrease????fdefinedinthispartofISO75.TheinitialflexuralstrainduetotheloadingofthespecimenatroomtemperatureisneitherspecifiednormeasuredinthispartofISO75.Theratioofthisflexural-straindifferencetotheinitialflexuralstraindependsonthemodulusofelasticity,atroomtemperature,ofthematerialundertest.Thismethodisthereforeonlysuitableforcomparingthetemperaturesofdeflectionofmaterialswithsimilarroomtemperatureelasticproperties.NOTEThemethodsgivebetterreproducibilitywithamorphousplasticsthanwithsemi-crystallineones.Withsomematerials,itmaybenecessarytoannealthetestspecimenstoobtainreliableresults.Annealingprocedures,ifused,generallyresultinanincreaseinthetemperatureofdeflectionunderload(see6.6).Foradditionalinformation,seeISO75-1:2004,clause1.
